MMO Population Problems
Computers keep getting more powerful. So why do the population caps for massively multiplayer games stay about the same?
The Witch Watch
My first REAL published book, about a guy who comes back from the dead due to a misunderstanding.
Self-Balancing Gameplay
There's a wonderful way to balance difficulty in RPGs, and designers try to prevent it. For some reason.

Stolen Pixels
A screencap comic that poked fun at videogames and the industry. The comic has ended, but there's plenty of archives for you to binge on.

Is some fighters and rangers getting outsmarted by a Lich King really that embarrassing?
If I remember right, Liches got quite a bit of an INT boost, while that’s a dump stat for fighters and rangers (probably especially these PCs).
Apart from mindless Zombies and Skeletons (which these don’t seem to be), do the undead really have a reputation for not being clever?
Shamus would agree. Gilbert, the Lich from Witch Watch, was a pretty clever guy.
He’s not really a Lich. He’s a ghost. Or a wraith. Or a spectre? Or… who has the Monster Manual on hand?
There is something about that line that has always sat very funny with me. “We built the place. And we can walk through walls.” You know, because they’re dead. Idiot. It works on so many levels to me.
