Longtime Twenty Sided allies JPH and Jarenth have – like so many superheroes before them – done some sort of crossover deal and teamed up to make a super-team. This new duo has their headquarters at Ninja Blues, where they will do talking-about-videogames of things, as you do on the internet.
Given the fact that their overall power level has now gone up, we’re going to need to find them some more formidable villains. I suggest Ride to Hell: Retribution and Guise of the Wolf, and if they survive that they can do battle with The League of Every Madden Game Ever.
So if you want to read about videogames or you want to assault the Blue Dojo, just head for ninja-blues.com.
Control
A wild game filled with wild ideas that features fun puzzles and mind-blowing environments. It has a great atmosphere, and one REALLY annoying flaw with its gameplay.
Project Button Masher
I teach myself music composition by imitating the style of various videogame soundtracks. How did it turn out? Listen for yourself.
Object-Disoriented Programming
C++ is a wonderful language for making horrible code.
Diablo III Retrospective
We were so upset by the server problems and real money auction that we overlooked just how terrible everything else is.
Zenimax vs. Facebook
This series explores the troubled history of VR and the strange lawsuit between Zenimax publishing and Facebook.

I would actually unironically be interested in seeing someone LP a football game. I’ve got a casual interest in football (ie I watch the Super Bowl and cry over the Purdue/Notre Dame game) and I’d like to play the games, but they’re totally impenetrable unless you know what you’re doing.
I’m sure there’s a youtube channel somewhere.
Hey, the site remembered my username and stuff! So that’s back?
Guise of the Wolf and Ride to Hell? My god men, are you INSANE? Next you’re going to be saying you are going to do ET or Superman 64. There’s no need to be heroes! You can still walk away!
After that is Aquaman, FF14 1.0, Garry’s Incident, some trash on Newgrounds, & finally Custer’s Revenge. Godspeed, you masochists!
Maybe we can follow up with Dungeon Keeper Mobile. Hours and hours of exciting waiting!
I hear Rutskarn liked the actions of the “protagonist” in Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. Might try that.
The funny thing is, I own Ride to Hell: Retribution and played it some, and that game is totally worth LPing. It is awful in all the most amazing ways.
Joke’s on you, Shamus: JPH has already played Ride to Hell. And with his sanity still intact, no less!
Me, not so much. I’ll queue it up to play after Petz® Catz® 2, which is a real game someone really gifted me yesterday with the express intent of tormenting me.
Thanks for the kind words!
I don’t think the Petz games are all that bad? They’re definitely cash-ins on the Nintendogs idea, but I don’t think they’re total trash, although obviously meant for a different audience.
Wait, on PC? How does *that* work?
I remember having a Petz: Catz and Dogz game way back when the N64 was a new thing. I don’t remember them being very good, but I don’t remember them, period. I have stronger memories of the CD case, which I think was one of those 2 CD deals.
I am mildly entertained that one of the tags on that game is ‘Horror’.
Would that be an opportunity to update the ‘links’ section on the left, Shamus? :)
