Yeah, Shamus you should really start trademarkings your catch phrases. Better put a lock on “I hate this campaign” before it’s too late.
I believe one can get a ™ for free…and it’s the (r) that costs a lot. I might be wrong though. Any copyright or patent lawyers in the crowd?
I don’t think Shamus can sue them, though, because his original phrasing asked for someone to do just what they did:
I see a lot of kids with those “I Roll Twenties” t-shirts. I don't know what game they are playing, or where they get their dice. I need one that says, “Help. The dice are trying to kill me.”
So, Shamus, will you buy the shirt, now that they’ve made it for you?

I have to agree with Browncoat on this one. Your choice of phrasing is the superior choice. Maybe it’s just me, but I thought there was a version at your store with a figure running away from the big d20 that was trying to roll over him? Could be from somewhere else I suppose.
Their design bores me… it just looks cheap.
Your’s is a lot more fun IMHO, In fact It think I will purchase the blue stein in it for my favourite DM for Christmas.
We like to call him “the butcher”, maybe it’ll rub off on him and his rolling will cool down.
Alternately we could look at getting a variation that said.
“Help! HIS dice are trying to kill me!”

Okay, that’s badly phrased. Maybe “Help, my dice are in league with the DM to kill me!”
