This is because playing a stupid and horrible campaign is still better than running one.<\/div>\n<p><br clear=\"all\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shamus Says:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A recap comic. Everyone \u2013 fans and Shawn alike \u2013 faulted me for doing too many of these. They don\u2019t advance the story, they just rephrase it.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re probably right, but I remain unrepentant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shawn Says:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the one hand, this comic is largely unnecessary.  On the other hand, there are a few amusing bits.  I\u2019m also once again reminded that I wish I had done the fantasy segments in a sketchier style.  I think it would have worked well.  Ah well.<\/p>\n<div class=\"dmnotes\">EDIT 2019: 11 years later, I still like this recap.
